The Biz Creation Mentoring Plan is for Certified Members/ Professionals to develop and advance themselves within Qcircle for a wider scope of service. The plan allows you to create a new business opportunity or to regenerate an existing business through a guided branding process. You have a choice of our domain brands to enhance the delivery of your competencies.Certifying Businesses is a fast track business transformation program. On completion of the program, participants / members can apply for a Strategic Global Ready Award and enterprise at Qcircle and subscribe to Registry Plan for privileges and reward..

Participants are trained to promote Qcircle and provide its value added product and services as their add-on businesses.

The Consortium Plan allocates business privileges and a financial reward.

A Qcircle Growth Program. The Program provides a fast track transformation of suitably qualified and certified members to become a Host with a Registry Plan.

DURATION
  • Part 1 : group Seminar and Forum. (2 hours)
  • Part 2 : Mentorship Dialogue and Consultation (3 hours)
  • Part 3 : Self Contracted Action Plan ( Project proposal submission.
    Follow -up real project development for implementation.)

Part 1: Introductory

EDUCATION PLUS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES

An directed introduction day seminar hosted by a country host wherever it is practical. It may be delivered online by a fellow Certified Professional / Mentor

Part 2 : Consultation

PREPARATION OF ACTION PLAN

Mentees work out an action plan with the Mentor for completion.

Part 3 : Self contracted Action

PROGRESSION PROCESSES

Submission of Project Proposal.
Follow up schedule as mutually agreed. Mentees dialogue with Mentors for guidance.
Completion within 3 months.
